omfg i'm now addicted to cheesy japanese dramas *ungh. makes me want to learn japanese. which makes me think of all the times in my life i've tried to do it, but just never could.
current project: bread baking.
bought a book called "the bread bakers apprentice". i've tried to use the jamie oliver recipes but they just don't turn out. baking bread is... tricky. attempt #2: ciabatta. turned out ok. still think my oven takes too long to cook things. have to adjust some things. attempt #1: french bread. that was a complete failure. if i can't do french bread, then i can't do real breads *argh.
my head is filled with a ten year span.
life is tough.
